Bacon Canapes

Ingredients

1  pound bacon cut up and fried crisp
2   4 1/4 oz cans of chopped Black Olives
1    12 oz Package Sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)

8  green onions chopped ( stems and bulbs)
1 cup Real Mayonnaise
2 Loaves Oro-wheat bread (Cocktail Size)

Directions:

Combine olives, cheese, onions, bacon, and mayonnaise.  Mix well  Spread on bread and place on cookie sheet.   Freeze for 20 minutes and then place in zip lock bags.  When you want a special treat put on broiler pan and Broil in oven 5 minutes.  Watch them closely so they don't burn.  Keep these little gems on hand for instant appetizers.
